PIG OUT ON OUR VEGGIE BURGER.

Have you ever had a burger with red beans, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, quinoa, onions, cumin and coriander?  Sounds like it would be a messy eat. So we stuffed all that good stuff into a mouthwatering patty. Simply place it on a lightly oiled pan and grill it at medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. For toppings, use your culinary imagination (it’s how we made the patty) and prepare to sink THE BIG BURG by OFTEN.
